Hi! I am Skipp Phipps founder and operator of AATS.

AATS was founded to bring together my two passions - teaching and helping others succeed!

With over 15 yrs of experiences, I have worked with a variety of companies and individuals from almost every background.  I have served as consultant to large training companies, paint manufacturers, dealership groups, auto auctions, car manufacturers, insurance companies and countless entrepreneurs.  I have had the great fortune of training hundreds in this rewarding trade.  So no matter your situation, we can formulate a plan to help you get where you be successful. 

Located in the heart of the Ozarks in Springfield, Missouri, our training facility is a 6000 square foot building with plenty of space for real car training!   Our facility is only about 30 minutes from Branson Missouri - Live entertainment capital of the world - so plan on bringing friends or family or just enjoy yourself in the evening.  We are also about a days drive of two thirds of the country so this gives you the opportunity for flexible travel plans.
